Just simply bounce a consolidation of all individual tracks in your current session as WAV files both Wet (with effects) and Dry (no effects)
How do I send you the entire Pro Tools session file?
Kindly request your recording engineer to freeze tracks containing plugins and send the Pro Tools session. If you're handling it yourself and need guidance, here's how: It's advisable, if possible, to freeze any tracks containing plugins by right-clicking on the track header and selecting "Freeze." To send the entire Pro Tools session, go to 'File' within the session, select 'Save Copy In,' and in the ensuing window, ensure the 'Audio Files' box is checked, then click 'OK.' Afterward, locate the folder created on your hard drive (typically named 'Copy of ...xyz...'), right-click on it, choose 'compress,' and send us the resulting .zip file.
